How do I return my journal?

Journals must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. Must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the journal is defective or there was an error with the order. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
What if my journal is damaged or defective?
Contact us at Onedayatatimejournal@icloud.com within 7 days of receiving the order with a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
